# Administrative Functions

## Technical Reference: Administrative Functions

The functions in this section manage the initial configuration and system communications for the central treasury. Invoking these two functions is restricted to the founder account (`onlyFounder`). Following a single successful execution, the connection to the payment network is locked, preventing further modifications by the founder account.

### 1. One-Time Payment Gateway Contract Configuration (`setGlobalPay`)

Function Signature: `function setGlobalPay(address network) external onlyFounder`

#### 💡 Systemic Logic and Application

This function connects the treasury contract to the payment gateway contract (`SmartGlobalPay`). The treasury utilizes this connection to verify owner authenticity, query binary point balances, and validate member ranks for reward disbursement. This function can be executed once by the founder. Following the initial configuration, the founder account cannot modify the network address. Subsequent modifications require execution through community governance mechanisms (DAO Proposal).

#### 🧮 System State Change

\[ The `_networkContract` variable updates to the payment gateway contract address (`network`) ]

#### 🛡️ Execution Conditions and Restrictions

* Administrative Authentication: The caller must be the founder address (`require(_msgSender() == _founder)`).
* One-Time Lock: The `_networkContract` variable must evaluate to the zero address (`require(_networkContract == address(0), "Already set, use DAO")`). If the connection has already been established, the transaction reverts.

### 2. Liquidity Lock Transparency Link Configuration (`setLPLockLink`)

Function Signature: `function setLPLockLink(string memory link) external onlyFounder`

#### 💡 Systemic Logic and Application

This function records the web URL of the `SGT` token liquidity pool (LP) lock certificate (e.g., hosted on platforms such as PinkSale or Unicrypt) onto the blockchain database. Decentralized applications (DApps) and auditors query this string variable to read the ecosystem liquidity lock status.

#### 🧮 System State Change

\[ The `_lpLockLink` string variable updates to the submitted URL ]

#### 🛡️ Execution Conditions and Restrictions

* Administrative Authentication: The caller must be the founder address (`onlyFounder`).
