# View / Read-Only Functions

## Technical Reference: Token View / Read-Only Functions

The functions in this section clarify token identity parameters, query user token balances, audit trading limits, display liquidity pool addresses, and check tax exemption statuses. Invoking these functions on the blockchain incurs zero gas expenditures, as they purely query existing contract database states.

### 1. Official Token Name Query (`name`)

Function Signature: `function name() public view virtual override returns (string memory)`

#### 💡 Systemic Logic and Output

This standard ERC-20 function returns the full identity name of the smart contract. Wallets, exchanges, and blockchain explorers utilize this function to display the token name. Output Value: `SmartGlobalToken`

### 2. Token Ticker Symbol Query (`symbol`)

Function Signature: `function symbol() public view virtual override returns (string memory)`

#### 💡 Systemic Logic and Output

This function returns the trading symbol of the token within the crypto market, displayed across trading pairs on decentralized exchanges (such as PancakeSwap) and pricing listings. Output Value: `SGT`

### 3. Token Decimals Precision Query (`decimals`)

Function Signature: `function decimals() public view virtual override returns (uint8)`

#### 💡 Systemic Logic and Output

This function specifies the number of smaller, raw units into which one whole integer unit of the `SGT` token can be subdivided. This parameter is critical for user interface (DApp) calculations and converting raw blockchain figures into human-readable numbers. Output Value: `18` (global standard for BNB Smart Chain and Ethereum network tokens).

### 4. Total Token Supply Query (`totalSupply`)

Function Signature: `function totalSupply() public view virtual override returns (uint256)`

#### 💡 Systemic Logic and Output

This function displays the total aggregate supply of `SGT` tokens across the ecosystem. As no minting functions exist within this contract, this integer reflects the permanent, capped maximum token supply. Output Value: `20,000,000` accompanied by 18 decimal zeroes (`20,000,000 * 10^18`).

### 5. Instantaneous Account Balance Query (`balanceOf`)

Function Signature: `function balanceOf(address account) public view virtual override returns (uint256)`

#### 💡 Systemic Logic and Output

This function is the primary financial query instrument in the ERC-20 standard. By submitting a user address (`account`), it returns the exact number of tokens retained inside that specific wallet. Query Logic: Returns the integer stored within the internal `_balances[account]` mapping.

### 6. Intermediary Spending Allowance Query (`allowance`)

Function Signature: `function allowance(address owner, address spender) public view virtual override returns (uint256)`

#### 💡 Systemic Logic and Output

This function audits token spending permissions. By inputting the token owner address (`owner`) and the intermediary contract address (`spender`), it displays the remaining token volume that the intermediary is authorized to withdraw. Query Logic: Returns the integer stored within the internal `_allowances[owner][spender]` mapping.

### 7. Current Contract Owner Address Query (`owner`)

Function Signature: `function owner() public view virtual returns (address)`

#### 💡 Systemic Logic and Output

Inherited from the `Ownable` pattern, this function returns the wallet address of the administrator authorized to invoke administrative contract functions. Decentralization Verification: If the founder has executed the ownership renunciation function (`renounceOwnership`), the output evaluates to the zero address (`address(0)`), verifying an ownerless contract state to investors.

### 8. Address Tax Exemption Status Query (`isExcludedFromFees`)

Function Signature: `function isExcludedFromFees(address account) external view returns(bool)`

#### 💡 Systemic Logic and Output

Engineered for tax system transparency, this function receives an address (`account`) and returns a boolean value (`True` or `False`) indicating whether that address is exempt from paying the 5% exchange trading tax.

### 9. Official PancakeSwap Exchange Pool Address Query (`pancakePair`)

Function Signature: `function pancakePair() external view returns (address)`

#### 💡 Systemic Logic and Output

This query function returns the exact liquidity pool and trading pair address (`SGT` / `USDT`) on the PancakeSwap decentralized exchange. By querying this address, users can verify trading pool authenticity on the network explorer.

### 10. Public Trading Enablement Status Query (`tradingEnabled`)

Function Signature: `function tradingEnabled() external view returns (bool)`

#### 💡 Systemic Logic and Output

This function indicates whether the token trading market on the exchange is open. Boolean Output: A value of `False` signifies that public trading is blocked, while `True` signifies the permanent opening of the market for public trading.

### 11. Anti-Whale Maximum Transaction Limit Query (`maxTxAmount`)

Function Signature: `function maxTxAmount() external view returns (uint256)`

#### 💡 Systemic Logic and Output

This function displays the maximum number of tokens a user is authorized to buy or sell within a single transaction, serving as a restriction to mitigate extreme price volatility.

### 12. Tax Treasury Address Query (`taxWallet`)

Function Signature: `function taxWallet() external view returns (address)`

#### 💡 Systemic Logic and Output

This function returns the treasury address to which the 5% tax deducted from PancakeSwap trades is routed, allowing the community to track ecosystem tax circulation.

### 13. Fixed Trading Tax Rate Query (`taxFee`)

Function Signature: `function taxFee() external view returns (uint256)`

#### 💡 Systemic Logic and Output

This function displays the tax rate applied to decentralized exchange trades. Output Value: The constant integer `5`, representing a 5% tax on buys and sells across the PancakeSwap pool. This variable is hardcoded as an immutable constant.

### 14. Anti-Honeypot Transaction Ceiling Threshold Query (`minTxLimit`)

Function Signature: `function minTxLimit() external view returns (uint256)`

#### 💡 Systemic Logic and Output

This function displays the absolute minimum value that the administrator can establish for the transaction ceiling (`maxTxAmount`). Output Value: Integer `100,000` accompanied by 18 decimal zeroes (`100,000 * 10^18`). This immutable constant proves that the transaction limit cannot be reduced below 100,000 tokens.

### 15. Official Network USDT Token Address Query (`USDT`)

Function Signature: `function USDT() external view returns (address)`

#### 💡 Systemic Logic and Output

This function returns the hardcoded address of the USDT token (`USDT`) on the BNB Smart Chain utilized to establish the trading pair on the PancakeSwap exchange. Output Value: Official USDT token address on the BNB Smart Chain: `0x55d398326f99059fF775485246999027B3197955`.
